We’re glad to invite you to Investment Ready Scale-up Champions Demo Day!
Scale-up Champions is celebrating a virtual Demo Day as part of its 1st Investment Readiness Program edition on February 25!
The event, is a unique opportunity to learn more about the potential of 26 deep tech startups created by the best European innovators selected from over 100 applications and it will consist of three different sessions:
- Pitching session.
- Networking/business mixer for 20 deep-tech startups that took part in Scale-up Champions Investment Readiness Programme and up to 40 investors that are interested in new business opportunities;
- Workshop on the most important legal aspects of VC and business angel investments. There will be discussion about several possible investment models and how they work in the EU: (1) a standard investment process, the most important contractual clauses (like drag along, liquidation preference or vesting / reverse vesting), as well as how to negotiate them (2) convertible note and (3) SAFE. This session will be conducted by LawMore company.
