It is always better to find the right direction and focus on the challenges the startup can take to make success work for them. This was the main motto of the hybrid international coaching sessions with Finnish, Spanish, Estonian, Lithuanian and Polish business development, marketing, sales, and investment experts. This Friday Kaunas STP hosted the International Coaching Day’22 inspired by Scale-up Champions.
“We are happy to onboard and join a larger pool of innovation community experts. Originating as a set of startup support speed-coaching sessions in Nothern Europe, this year the event connected the superpowers of more than 30 international entrepreneurship supporters. Additionally, founders got an opportunity to introduce themselves to the investors from Poland, Finland and Spain”, says Paulius Nezabitauskas, co-organizer and head of Kaunas STP.
Live sessions attracted more than 20 startuppers from Finland and Lithuania and took place in Kaunas STP. Innovation developers discussed digitalization challenges, the scaling process and scoring the best results in deep-tech sales among many more challenges the founders face in their everyday life.
The event was organized by Turku Science Park, Kaunas STP, Tartu Science Park, Poznan Science and Technology Park and La Salle Technova Barcelona.
